Material

01.

— Nickel Alloy

Nickel Alloy refers to a metal alloy that contains nickel as a primary component, combined with other elements like chromium, iron, molybdenum, copper, or titanium to enhance specific properties. It is widely used in the chemical & petrochemical industry.

02.

—  Monel

Monel is mostly around 65–70% nickel and 20–29% copper with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. It is stronger than pure nickel, and offers excellent corrosion resistance to seawater and acidic solutions., especially in marine and chemical environments.

03.

—  Inconel

Inconel is a registered trademark of Special Metals Corporation for a family of nickel-chromium-based superalloys known for their ability to perform under extreme heat, pressure, and corrosion. These alloys are extensively used in aerospace, power plants, marine, and chemical industries.

04.

—  Incoloy

Incoloy is a nickel-iron-chromium alloys designed for high strength and corrosion resistance in moderately high temperatures and aggressive environments, especially where oxidation and carburization occur.

05.

— Hastelloy

Hastelloy is nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys specifically designed for extremely aggressive chemical environments, including strong acids, oxidizers, and seawater. It is widely used in the chemical, aerospace, and marine industries.

06.

— Titanium

Titanium is a lightweight, high-strength metal known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. Titanium also offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio, allowing for durable yet lightweight structures in demanding engineering applications.
